Base Service Area

  • Free Travel Zone: Travel is included at no additional cost for locations within a 30 km radius of [Kaiapoi].

  • This zone ensures clients within the local area can enjoy our services without worrying about additional fees.

 

 

Extended Travel Policy

For clients located outside the 30 km free travel zone, the following rates apply:

  • Per-Kilometer Rate: $1.00 per kilometer beyond the 30 km radius.

  • Calculation: Distance is calculated using Google Maps from [Your Base Location] to the client’s location and back.

 

 

Travel Waivers

We offer travel fee waivers under the following conditions:

  • Full-Day Bookings: Travel fees are waived for bookings of 8 hours or more.

  • Special Promotions: Occasionally, travel fees may be waived during promotional periods. Follow us on [Your Social Media Links] to stay updated.

 

 

Custom Travel Quotes

For locations more than 80 km from [Your Base Location], a personalized travel quote will be provided. This quote will include:

  1. Estimated fuel costs.

  • Travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation process.
